Submissions

By submitting a photo to DogDrops, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have clear permission from the person who took it.
• The photo meets our Submission Rules.
• You grant DogDrops a non-exclusive licence to display the photo on the DogDrops website if approved, including the gallery, Daily Drop feature, monthly competitions, and other DogDrops pages.
• If you opted in to social media permission during submission, you additionally grant DogDrops permission to share the photo on official DogDrops social channels.

Moderation

DogDrops may reject, remove, or feature any submission at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. Submission does not guarantee approval or permanent display.

Your responsibilities

• Don’t submit content you don’t own or have permission to use.
• Don’t submit content that is cruel, illegal, deceptive, or harmful to any person or animal.
• Don’t attempt to manipulate voting or game any part of the site.

No guarantees

DogDrops is a community platform provided for fun and is offered as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, permanent storage of submissions, or that any submission will be approved or remain live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use of DogDrops after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
